A 30% deposit is required on booking.
The rates are subject to change at any time and are based on the availability of the rooms.
Gorilla Tracking and other Uganda Wildlife Authority fees are not included in rates.
Check-in time is 12.00 p.m. and check-out time is 10.00 a.m. but special arrangements can be agreed upon with the lodge management.
Laundry services by hand are available without charge for guests staying at the lodge.
Additional activities, special/premium drinks, meals, and other services will be paid at check out.
Cancellations, reduced number of days, or no-shows collectively termed as cancellations are subjected to the following terms:
20 to 29 before the arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
14 to 20 days before arrival 75% cancellation fee will be charged.
Less than 14 days before arrival 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
